REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your items must be in the original, unused condition in its original packaging to eligible for a return. Once the return has been authorized, return shipping information will be provided to the buyer. All items are subject to a three-day inspection period by TRP, after which a refund, minus return shipping, will be processed back to the method of payment used by the buyer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your products upon receipt and contact us immediately if something is incorrect or damaged so we can evaluate the issues and make it right!

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of custom orders, they will not be eligible for returns (unless error is due to TRP). Please confirm all information for custom items is correct before payment is completed. Items will be completed with the information provided exactly as inputted.
